International Orders
Shipments of all international orders will be routed pursuant to Buyer's request and at Buyer's expense. All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no customs, import duties, or additional fees upon delivery, worldwide. Prices are quoted and must be paid in U.S. Dollars. For purposes of this Contract, "DDP" shall be construed in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 of the International Chamber of Commerce, as amended.
