Where are your products manufactured and shipped from?
Manufactured in Turkey.
All our parts are produced at our factory in Turkey. Depending on stock availability and product type, your order may be dispatched either directly from our factory or our Florida depot.
The specific inventory location is clearly noted on every product page.
What if I can’t find the specific part I need on your website?
Contact us for a custom quote.
We can manufacture many parts that are not yet listed on our website. Simply email your requirements to sales@celikhe.com, and we will provide the best solution and pricing for you.
How do I know these parts will fit my machine?

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
If a part is not in stock, production and dispatch usually take 5-7 business days.
During this process, you will be informed at every stage via email.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Free Shipping: Your order is produced and shipped within 5-7 business days. It is then typically delivered to your address within an additional 2-3 business days.
There are no hidden charges.
In some cases, shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link which help you track your package.
- You can visit the Order Tracking Page.
- Once the shipping company provides the tracking number, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
At Celik Heavy Equipment, products shipped from overseas. In some cases, shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Unfortunately, Celik Heavy Equipment has no control over these charges, nor can Celik Heavy Equipment estimate what the additional charges may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information Please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our scheduled delivery period. Due to customs regulatory policies, we never list purchased items as a gift or undervalue the product price.

What do your order's statuses mean?
- Payment Status: The status of “paid” means you have successfully completed the payment, and your order is confirmed by Semender Leather. Only under this circumstance, you are able to change your order details or cancel your order.
- Fulfillment Status: The status of “unfulfilled” means your order is in processing. At this stage, you can request to cancel or change your order until status appears "fulfilled".
- The status of “fulfilled” means your order is dispatched from our warehouse to the shipping address provided by you. Your order is on the way! Since that moment any request to cancel or change your order is invalid until your order is delivered to your address. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us or send an e-mail to us. Our dedicated Customer Support Team will assist you with the status of your order as soon as possible.
How to change or cancel my orders?
- If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us via e-mail within 12 hours after receiving your order confirmation. If your fulfillment status is "fulfilled", we cannot change or cancel. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us or send an e-mail to us. Our dedicated Customer Support Team will assist you with the status of your order as soon as possible.
How long it takes for my orders to be dispatched?
The processing (or handling) time is the number of business days taken by Celik Heavy Equipment to fulfill the order after receipt of your cleared payment.
The estimated processing time is 5-7 business days. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email including details regarding shipping confirmation, tracking number(s).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Send us photo evidence immediately. Our parts are precision-manufactured and carefully packed, but if any damage occurs during transit, please email clear photos of the product and packaging to our support team for a quick resolution.
Refunds & Returns
What should I do if I have received the wrong order or items?
- If you have received an item that you did not order or somebody else's order entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.
- To help our Customer Support Team to know what problem you have, please kindly attach some clear photos of the incorrect order or items you have received.
- All product images are for illustrative purposes only. - The items you receive may differ in color from those shown in the images. This does not affect the product’s usability and does not indicate any difference in quality. Therefore, such reasons do not qualify for product exchanges or refunds.
What should I do if an item in my orders is missing?
- For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way!
- If you are certain that an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will be happy to track it for you. Once we are confirmed that an item was missing, either we will refund you the item cost or send you a replacement 100% free of charge.
How soon will I receive my refund?
- In most cases, we will refund your money within 5 business days after your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited to your account that you used to pay the order.
- Refunds to your credit/debit card can take up to 6-10 business days.
How do I return the products?
- Celik Heavy Equipment hopes you will be satisfied with every purchase you make. But if you want to return an item, returns must be prearranged and authorized by a Customer Support member.
- Item must be returned unused in its original condition with order confirmation email. The packaging must not be broken wherever applicable. We cannot accept returns under these circumstances:
- It is beyond the 14-Day Money back Guarantee Period.
- The order was placed by mistake but wasn't canceled within 12 hours.
- Customer has changed their mind.
